Hi your description is ill defined but I can answer the question asked. anatomically the ear canal wall has bony and cartilaginous part which does and have any mucosa or villae like structures. it is very smooth with microcilias to remove the wax by its uniformed movement to expel out of ear. the ear drum forms the medical wall of the canal. No perforation normally to allow the ear drops to make contact with middle ear mucosa. I hope I clear your query too.
