General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

One month of various pains can be due to the problems related to the joint conditions of polyarthralgia and hence needs to be well diagnosed.
Hence I would advise her the following:
Consult an Orthopedic Surgeon for clinical evaluation, examination and relevant investigations of blood, urine and X-rays or MRI of any one joint to see for the diagnosis.
May need blood tests of serum calcium, uric acid, ESR with CBC and any other as advised.
All these will give an appropriate diagnosis and thus gives a proper plan for management.
Swimming ear is altogether a different problem and is cured as per your history, please get a review done by an ENT Surgeon once to get confirmed okay ears.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant, General Surgeon
