Welcome to HCM.

Your pain, burning and uneasiness is related with bending and some specific movement is never related with cardiac pain at the age of 21.It must be musculo-skeletal pain because it is related with some movement. To rule out the cause go for Chest x-ray and cervical x-ray and consult orthopaedician. If you are confusing than also consult cardiologist to rule out any cardiac condition and get relaxed
