Why Do I Feel Very Sick With Dizziness And Lightheadedness? Is It An Ulcer?
i have been feeling sick to my stomach alot, everyday all day,i will feel like im about to throw up but never do. it goes on and off..and i feel dizzy and get lighheaded when i try to get up...i feel very weak all the time. i m on my period from thursday, but on last monday got some small vaginal bleeding , last tuesday got a small temperature ...i really dont know whats wrong with me....can i be pregnanant, or i have an ulcer? what?

Hmmm fine ,1st thing I want to clear is if u r young and already married thn these symptoms no wr related to ur pregnancy ,yes u can be pregnant. Nxt thing regarding ur question with ulcer ,yes u may be having small gastric or duodenal erosions ,so most imp thing is change ur diet modification avoid spicy nd oily food,go for a walk or jogging daily,avoid stress with this u can take this tab sompraz-L for 2 weeks nd later plain tab sompraz 40 mg for 4 weeks ....I hope u wil be fine with this treatment
