Can H Pyroli Urease Cause Stomach And Chest Pain Along With Lightheadedness And Dizziness?
Hi, I have been having stomach and chest pain for the last 3 months. 3 weeks ago I began to experience lightheadedness and dizziness. A recent endoscopy revealed Gastritis and a biopsy showed the presence of H Pylori Urease. My question is could the H Pylori urease be responsible for the lightheadedness?

The symptoms that you refer may be secondary to Helicobacter pylori.
Your gastroenterologist should prescribe antibiotic treatment to kill the bacteria.
