Bleeding from vagina during weight lifting could indicate some problem in the uterus/vagina. Are you having periods when you lifted the weights. Are you sexually active. You meed to show to the Gynaecologist and get examined to rule out causes of such bleeding.

I have an allergy and I'm trying to take care of it and cure it. During my period there was painful and itchy. The allergy use to be very itchy in the past, but now it's getting better and going away with the treatment I'm having.
