Hello,

Some people may not get periods while on Implanon. Implanon is very effective but 5 out of 10,000 women who may be on Implanon may get pregnant.

If you are nauseous & have symptoms of pregnancy you are suggested to visit a Gynecologist, get physically examined.

Get a pregnancy test done with the first-morning midstream urine. Your treating doctor may tell you to get a USG (Uterus) done.

Stay away from stress, avoid addictions if any.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
