Why Am I Having Random Flushing In My Face?

I have random flushing in my face and weird sensations all over that feel like icy hot has been rubbed on me. The only medication I am currently taking is advil. I just had labs done and everything came back good they even tested me for b12 which was 600 what could it be? Mri 2 years ago came back normal
