What Would Be The Effects Of Injecting B12 In A Blood Vessel ?
What if I accidentally inject b12 in a blood vessel? What would the effects be. I m not sure if I did, I forgot to pull back on the plunger to check for signs of blood before administering. I got very dissy and had to lay down afterwards for a few minutes and heard a ringing in my ears. I m worried that I did something wrong.

Thanks for your query You have accidently injected B12 inj in blood vessel.and you felt little dizzy for some time after taking injection.Please do not worry nothing will happen Many a times Drs give Vit B12 by Intravenous route in a dilute form,You had dizziness due to pain what is called as vaso vagal shock.
