Hi, If you do not wish to go for any regular medication to regularize your cycles and if you are not keen on conceiving again nor losing excessive blood, then you go for the naturopathy. Daily exercise, healthy diet and maintenance of a healthy body weight and avoiding fatty deposition through work out and yoga help a long way to attain regular menstruation by normalizing the hormonal pattern. In addition, meditation and stress-relief techniques also help. Hope this helps.
Dear member, Thanks for writing to healthcare magic. PCOS causes delayed cycles.if period not induced with regesterone then there is chance of irregular prolonged bleeding. Regesterone does not cause weight gain when used for few days. Infact weight gain causes PCOS and delayed cycles. The best non medicinal method for PCOS is weight loss. Please write back with details of previous blood reports. Thanks Dr Bhagyashree.
