What Vegetarian Foods Can Be Eaten For Nutrition During Pregnancy?

Am 21 years old female. Am married and 5 months pregnant. Am a vegetarian. My husband asked me to have boiled egg or fish.. But I never ever accepted it. What I have to eat instead of egg or fish to get the same nutrients which are available in these two,? Should I use syrups or medicines.? I prefer to have vegetarian. That's why. Please help.

In my opinion you should not be worried about the nutritious values of bagetarian foods- many womans give birth to healthy baby despite being vagetarian.
Some of the tios I am mentioning here-
1. Have minimum 1-2 glass milk daily.
2. Try to include pulses in your diet on daily basis.
3. You can also include different kinds of namkeens and laddos.
These items provide enough proteins

Apart from them include fruits and all kinds of green vagetables in your diet which contain all kinds of vitamins and minerals.

Do not hesitate to use oils and ghee as high energy diet is required in pregnancy.

I will also advise you to take iron and folic acid tablets to maintain the hemoglobin level.
