What Treatment Should Be Followed After Positive TPHA Test ?

hi doctors, my tpha test is positive ,means the result is 16.10 s/co, i have inject already 6 of pencillin , but still positive, please help me wat should i do? kind regards.

Hi, Dont you worry about the TPHA test. It is normal to have a TPHA positive after that syphilis is cured (remains lifelong). To check if you have responded to the treatment, doctor should use a test named VDRL or RPR. When a patient is cured VDRL or RPR should descend in 6 month or more time.
