Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Persistent cough with recurrent pneumonitis, possibility of hyperactive airway with laryngoesphageal reflux should be considered as the possible cause.
It will require upper gastrointestinal contrast study.
Do discuss this possibility with your Pediatrician.

Take care

Best Regards
Dr Deepak Kishore
