It is true that drugs can cause an increase but it would be interesting to get a detailed history and examination to look for other possible causes like alcohol intake, gall bladder disease, etc. I will recommend that you follow up with your doctor for a more comprehensive evaluation to identify the cause and address and not focusing entirely on drugs that may contribute but not explain the increased entirely.
