Hi dear
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
What type of pain do you have? Is it a burning type of pain and increases on touch ?
How is your life style?Do you have pain in the heel?
Do you see any veins superficially on your legs?Do you have to stand for long hours?

These are the basic details one would require to come to a conclusion on what causes your pain. Please post them as a comment to this post.
I advise you to visit your Orthopedician for further evaluation.

Take care.
