Standard head injury advice.
Admit if knocked out or significant trauma in which case you would do 1/2 hourly, then hourly then two hourly .. neuro obs
or if not knocked out `discharge home in care of another responsible person who will observe for vomitingdrowsiness unequal pupils unusual or aggressive behaviour.
avoid sending someone home alone.
If no one at home consider admission.
