What Is The Treatment For Swollen Labia Majora?

Hi, I have a swollen labia majora on the left side and its very painful. I just started putting hot compresses on it tonight but I haven t noticed any change in size and the pain is still there. Do you recognize the symptoms and can you provide any advice on treatment? Thanks Miserble in Maryland
