Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

Taking into account that you are going through menopause, the swollen labia majora might be related to hormonal changes. Vaginal swab testing and Pap smear are advised to look for pathological changes.

With regards to leaking when you cough or sneeze, it might be related to weaken bladder (urethral) sphincter. A further consultation with urologist is advised to decide if surgery is needed.

Meanwhile, I advise to:
- keep a good genital hygiene
- follow Kegel's exercise to train your urethral sphicters
- visit bathroom when you have the need, do not delay

Hope it was of help!
