Hello, You are suffering from painful bumps in the labia minora. There is no discharge or pus but it hurts when you walk. You are sexually active. Bumps on the labia minora commonly occur due to clogged sweat glands, blocked hair follicles, infections, cysts, etc. You are suggested to take care of your hygiene, do not use perfumed body lotions or harsh soap in your private area. Be careful when you shave, ingrown hairs can also cause infection. Bumps that are red and tender can be herpes sores. Genital herpes is a viral infection, normally transmitted sexually. You should get clinically examined by an OBGYN, if sebaceous or Bartholin s cyst is detected you will be given antibiotics & may need incision and drainage. Get STD tests (both partner) done to detect or rule out genital herpes or genital warts. If the test comes positive for it you will be treated with antivirals. Do not scratch, pop or touch. For relieve you can apply ointment Soframycin / Neomycin on the area affected. You can take Combiflam or acetaminophen, one stat when pain.
