What Is The Treatment For Shortness Of Breath And Tightness In Chest?
Hi! Shortness of breath & lots of pressure behind the eyes. Fatigue, difficulty sleeping. All of this for 2 weeks straight. The chest tightness is what has me most concerned. Recently, I was told by a Rhumatologist that I tested positive for scleroderma, but exhibit no skin symptoms.

I can understand your situation and problem.
Scleroderma is systematic disease. And cn cause pulmonary hypertension and pulmonary fibrosis.
And in both these, chest tightness and breathlessness is seen.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done
1. Ecg
2. 2d echo
3. Chest x ray
4. CT thorax.
So consult pulmonologist and discuss all these.
