Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of dizziness and vertigo which could occur due to middle ear infection , some kind of growth in middle ear or fluid accumulation in middle ear, inflammation within the inner ear and acoustic neuroma. Need not to worry. You should not ignore your symptoms because sometimes the condition get complicated. You should take proper rest , do not bend forward and do light exercise. You should start with antibiotics, steroids and labyrinthine sedatives for 6 to 8 weeks following vestibular rehabilitation exercises. All this needs clinical evaluation and medical assistance. Consult with your ENT specialist and get evaluated. Doctor may order audiometry test and tuning fork test and treat it accordingly .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
