What Is The Treatment For Abdominal Noise, Cramping, Loose Watery Stools And Nausea?

Hello. For the past five years I have suffered from a troubling cluster of international symptoms. This began about six months after a severe bout of diarrhea and has continued to the present. Symptoms include lots of abdominal noise, cramping ( not severe just uncomfortable), loose watery stool, inability to digest fibrous foods like popcorn, lettuce, tomatoes, and beans, general fatigue and increased allergy and headaches (often migraines). Sometimes I have some nausea after eating esp greasy foods. And sometimes my upper abdominal region- the stomach- feels hot, burning, or sour. I have Horners syndrome (no pathology found). Also Raynauds syndrome and factor V clotting deficiency. Maybe none of those are related.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The symptoms that you have mentioned- watery diarrhea, abdominal noise, cramping sensation, nausea after eating fatty foods, inability to digest certain foods suggests indigestion.
The indigestion can be due to gastrointestinal tract infection.
There symptoms do not seem to be related to raynaud's syndrome and factor V deficiency.
First of all you need to avoid fatty and spicy foods.
Cramping can be treated by taking anti-spasmodics.
Anti-microbial treatment can be taken for all these symptoms.
You need to consult your physician for clinical examination, relevant investigations and drug prescription.

Thanks and take care
