What Is The Treatment For Central Serous Chorioretinopathy (CSCR?

i am a detective and have recently been advised by a doctor that I have CSCR. I had a incident that occurred about two years ago when a elder female escape a cell which after the fact was determined to be broken. This women exited a window second floor and dropped breaking her pelvis. I was assigned to advise her husband of his wife condition. I drove to his house told the husband about his wife and drove him to the hospital. I stayed with the husband while her condition became life threatening when we could her that the women was losing too much blood. After this incident I had to appear before a board to determine if I was a fault. The board fined me four hours pay if after it was vertified by a boss that the door was locked and she was handcuffed in cell. This incident caused by a tremendous amount of stress which I believed caused me to lose vision in my eye approximately year and half later. thanks

Hello
Central serous chorioretinopathy is commonly seen in people with anxiety called as type A personality.
It is usually self limiting condition and you can wait till 3 months within which more than 90% will have spontaneous improvement.
Hence no need to worry.
If the condition wont resolve by 3 months treatment modalities like laser can be used to treat.
Thank you
