What Is The Risk Of Delivering Before Full Term?

My girlfriend has had two biopsies on her uterus several years ago. She was told that she wouldn't be able to carry full term. She now is two months pregnant and is concerned she will have to abort. w
hen they say can't carry full term in this case, does this mean her health is at risk and its best for the pregnancy to be ended, or does this mean she could carry until 8 months or so then do a cesearean section?

hi, thanks for writing..
Depending on the extent of wound in the uterus during previous biopsy the decision is taken.. Small wound over the uterus, she can carry the pregnancy till 36 weeks will close monitoring and deliver by C section.. But if it is serious scar over the uterus, it would be difficult for her to continue the pregnancy.. But if she is anxious to have this baby, she should be closely monitered.. Any pain, bleeding or decreased movements should be immediately attended.. if mother in danger, pregnancy has to be terminated immediately.. Hope I have answered your query.. Good day..
