What Is The Right Medication For This Endoscopy Result Indicated For Esophagus?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I got hepatitis -b & taking medicine Adfovir-10mg before sleep & slenium 200mg Vitamin E 400 & modretic last 16 month & my latest endoscopy result is OESOPHAGUS No hiatus/esophagitis grade 1 varoes x3 Antrum GAVE and dr give me impression portal hypertension ,GAVE bleed but why he did not give injection course.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If esophageal varices is there then there is portal hypertension probably due to cirrhosis of liver.

I think you are only having grade 1 varices so he is not given any sclerotherapy or if you are allergic to sclerosing agents.

So, please post what is the ultrasound abdomen showing? Please consult your gastroentrologist who will examine and treat you accordingly.
