What Causes Chronic Hiccups With Normal Sonogram And CT Scan?

I have chronic hiccups. No one can find the cause. So far I have had a sonogram, CT and endoscopy all have been ok. My endoscopy showed gastridous, and inflammation of the stomach, esophagus and duodenum. I'm on medication but the meds make me anxious and depressed.

HI
Well come to HMC
If you have not try the PPI (Proton pump inhibitor ) then this is worth trying in case of hiccup some time this gives good results, and the best drug would be
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day
2) Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day
3) Any antacid with local anesthetic effect
hope this information helps, if this fails to work then wait for some time this would be fine on its own, may take some time, even if this is not improved then surgery would be the option, have a nice day.
