General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to gastritis.
There is a possibility of H.Pylori. I suggest to do a stool test to exclude the possibility of H.Pylori.
Meanwhile,I suggest using gatsro protector such a Omeprazole.
I also suggest using antacids such as Maalox three times a day.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
