What Is The Remedy For Shooting Pains In My Left Arm After An Injury?

I fell three months ago and severely hurt both of my arms. They were x-rayed and there was nothing broken, but I get these little shooting pains in my left arm. Just aching solidly. Imove my arms every which way toget relief and take motrin. reply requested. Thank you.

It looks to me that you have injured your shoulder and there can be a ligament or muscle damage which was not seen on X rays. I would like you to get MRI of your shoulder to make sure about your ligament and tendon injury. Till than you can apply warm water at your shoulder and diclofenec ointment.
