What Is The Remedy For Eye Pain And Headache After An Injury?

Hello,
I was hit in the eye with a soccer ball yesterday and it knocked out my contact. I have no swelling, but my eye hurts and I have a headache. Light makes it hurt more and at the bottom of my vision, it is white sometimes. Is there anything I can do? This has never happened to me before. Thank you.

Injury eye by soccer ball for which anterior segement, vision , fundus examination is to be completed. It can be hyphaema,lensdislocation, vetrious haemorahage. After all the examination cause can be ascertained. After knowing the cause treatment to be given accordingly.
