Hi,

The abdominal pain could be due to colon infection or functional bowel problem. You can drink more water and can be prescribed antibiotic course for five days. However, brown vaginal discharge could not be due to bowel problem. So if in next two days brown vaginal discharge don't stop than detailed pelvic evaluation should be done for further work up.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
