What Is The Reason For Clear Liquid Discharge From Bumps On Toes That Itch?
So about three days ago I started getting these little clear bumps on my toes and in between them a day later they started to itch now they are swollen and have clear liquid puss coming out and it still itches and still have the bumps but it's spreading. What is going on?
It is an itchy involvement of sides of fingers and toes with vesicles(fluid filled lesions).
I usually advice my patients to take an oral antihistamine like cetrizine once daily for the itch part along with topical application of a steroid+antibiotic combination cream twice daily for 2 weeks.
I would advice that you see a dermatologist for a confirmatory diagnosis.
In patients with severe/acute episode sometimes the treating dermatologist might feel the need to start oral steroids to tide over the acute phase.
take care regards

Hi. Thanks for posting your query at HCM I would keep a possibility of Pompholyx/ dyshidrotic eczema. It is an itchy involvement of sides of fingers and toes with vesicles(fluid filled lesions). I usually advice my patients to take an oral antihistamine like cetrizine once daily for the itch part along with topical application of a steroid+antibiotic combination cream twice daily for 2 weeks.
