What Is The Meaning Of My X Ray Report?

i had an X-ray yesterday and it says " bronchovascular markings are prominent with no definite active parenchymal infiltrates. diaphragm and the rest of the visualized thoracic area unremarkable. unremarkable chest study.. what does it mean?

Prominent bronchovascular marking may mean "there is some infection in respiratory passages" ,however If radiologist reports says increased bronchovascular markings but clinical situation is not supporting any thing it can be ignored and film should be taken as normal.
No need to worry as rest of parenchyma shows no definite infiltrate.
