What Is The Cause Of Burning Urination During Pregnancy ?

Hi there. I am 11 weeks pregnant and April 1st I went to emergency because I everytime I went to pee it burned. The doctor on that night said it was a water infection and sent me home with Macrobid 100mg to take for 5 days I am on my last day now and still got the burning sensation so I went to my family doctor yesturday and when she checked my urine there was nothing in it so the burning is just on the outside of my vagina . I noticed the past couple of days I am leaking/wet and the color is greenish yellowish, could this be something to worry about or is it just the infection getting flushed out of my system?
