What Is The Cause Of Brown Spotting After Abdominal Myomectomy?
I had large fibroid and a full abdominal myomectomy in march. Looooong recovery! TTC now 4 months later, had brown spotting for 4 days on day 20 of cycle, then light watery bleeding on day 26 and now still spotting 6 days later... I am hoping for pregnancy, but I also have a 5.7cm complex cyst on right ovary. help!
