What Is The Cause For The Cough?

my age is 21 i had a cough from 2 months my esr is 90 n x-ray of chest is clear the cough is like dogs bark i go to dr and take steroids &antibiotics taken course of antibiotics 5 times i tried different cough syrups n injections given to me by different doctors now a doctor said i had allergy of something he gave me med of 1 week but when i want or sudden cough starts cheeks swelled up suddenly and i feel too tired i am also lil bit overweight what u say about such cough my height is 5'5 n weight is 75 kg from pakistan

This can occur due to following reasons:
1. Pulmonary Tuberculosis
2. Severe allergic / eosinophillic pnuemonitis

I think you should get following investigations:
1. Repeat Hemogram and ESR
2. Sputum for AFB.
3. Absolute Eosinophil Count
