It seems that you might have trichomonal infection.
Due to severe itching you might get some infection on the part.
Go for vaginal swab examination .
Apply anti fungal cream and take anti fungal oral tablet.
You may use antifungal vaginal tablet locally.
Keep local hygiene healthy.
