hi welcome to HCM.around the ovulation time is only best.ovulation time can be get to know by basal body temperature measurement,LH surge, or by USG scanning.have sex more during mid cycle of your menstrual cycle,that is 10th day to 20th day.

the best time to conceive is near the time of ovulation
your ovulation happens approximately at 14 days prior to the1ist day of menstruation
i.e if you have 30 day cycle then you will have ovulation time nearly 30-14=16th day.
there may be 3to 4 days plus and minus around the day
so try to maintain sexual relationship around that time, which will increase ur chances of pregnancy.once you conceive your next cycle will be absent and you can confirm it by doing a pregnancy test
