What Is Pituitary Or Hypothalamic Disorder?

Dear Doc, I have low Testosterone levels - 179 (Normal being 300 - 1000). But my FSH and LH are Normal. Have a slightly high TSH than normal-high. My triglyceride levels are also higher. What kind of disorder is this - Pitutary or Hypothalmic or Testicles related and whom should I approach a Urologist or Endocrynologist? What are the diagonostic tests that I need to undergo so that my exact problem can be narrowed down? I have grade1 Variocele, Is Low T because of that? Please advise me. Thank you, Avi
