What Is Causing Itching In Eyes With Blurred Vision? Prescribed Flogel And Lotepred-T Eye Drops
HI, My Mother is has itching in her left eyes with a slightly blurred vision. She feels like something like dust is pinging in her eyes. We consulted an opthalmologist and he has prescribed Flogel Eye drops and Lotepred-T eye drops and has asked to visit him after 7 days. Dr has not specified any cause for it. I am afraid about it. Pls help

It seems from the history that your mother is having itching and blurring of vision for which she is prescribed flogel and lotepred eye drops.
Itching is because of allergic conjunctivitis and treatment in the form of lotepred and flogel is correct. Hence she can continue the same treatment. Lotepred is a low potent steroid and it is used to treat allergies. Flogel is a lubricating agent used for treatment of irritation.
