ive got a purple big lump on very top of bikini line its not sore yet but its growing horrible what could it be

If the lump is near the inside of vaginal opening it could be Bartholin cyst. If it gets infected it will become sore and will be filled with pus. Before that happens better to show to a Gynaecologist and get it treated. Usually antibiotics may help, surgery may be indicated. Keep the area clean. Drink plenty of water.
