I was riding the four wheeler last week I hit a bump and came down very hard on my vaginal region. I have now developed a hard know about the size of a gold ball on the inside of my vagina. Could it be

Hi,

Yes, it can be a Bartholin cyst caused by a swelling on the opening of Bartholin gland due to bump on the vaginal region blocking the drainage of gland. But most of the times, these should go by just wet hot sponging of this swelling. However, if it is tender to pressure and doesn't resolves by wet hot sponging, then an infection may be present and sometimes even abscess might have formed. In such case, a surgical drainage may be required and also a course of antibiotics frequently.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
