Hi and thanks for the query,

These are common issue. You most likely have a small tear near the anus leading to repeated bleeding.

The best management for this is soft diet, use of lignocaine jelly half an hour before passing the stool near the anus, use of stool softners like lactulose solution at night with plenty of water and sitting in a basin filled with warm water and few drops of antiseptic solution to promote healing.

Now regarding the diet changes. All food high in fiber like fruits especially mangoes, papaya, watermelon, apple and oranges, sapotas, beans, sprouts, all green vegetables, whole wheat bread, thick soups, carrots, radishes, are all helpful. It is advisable to eat a bowl full of boiled vegetables with added salt and yogurt. Food high in fat, bread made from refined flour, lot of spices are not to be eaten when an anal fissure is formed as they may delay healing. Also drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated and stools soft.

A good nights sleep is also necessary for regular motions.
So just try these remedies and you will be all right.

Hope this satisfies your query.
