Hello
Thanks for writing to us

According to report, you are suffering from degenerative disease in cervical spine
Degenerative changes in spine are generally due to aging.

Degenerative changes are indicated by the presence of osteophytes(bony out growths at margins) and sclerosis near vertebral ends.

There is also straightening of cervical spine and it may be due to muscle spasm.
Other findings are within normal limit.

If you have symptoms like pain then you can take muscle relaxants and analgesics for 4-5 days.
MRI of cervical spine can be done for proper evaluation.

Get well soon.
Take Care
