my daughter 4years had x-ray reports read as accentuated bronchovascular markings are noted bilaterally with peribroncheal thickenings soft opacifications are noted across the right paracardiac regions -consolidations.

Means ur get to having a pneumonia on rt side of lung .
Consult ur paediatrician asap for the treatment . it may required admission
