General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The sperm count and motility(ability to move and fuse with eggs) are on the lower side.

It can be a due to underlying causes like varicocele. An ultrasound scan of the scrotum is required to make a diagnosis.

If your partner fails to conceive, you can seek help from an infertility specialist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
