Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

According to these semen analysis result you have semen concentration was 50.6 million per ml & semen volume was 3.2 ml. So total sperm count was 162 million. As per motility of sperms, 0.35 of sperms were rapidly progressive motile, 0.25 of sperms were sluggish progressive & non-progressive motile sperms were 0.25. Therefore total motility of sperms was 85 %. Viability of sperms was 77% of total sperms
However there was increased presence of gelatinous clumps & incomplete liquification of semen leading to increased viscosity of semen. Normally semen which is gel like at time of ejaculation gets converted into liquid like within 45 minutes of ejaculation.

So all togethar your semen analysis report was normal except for increased presence of gelatinous clumps, incomplete liquefaction & increased semen viscocity.

Refer to your physician
Hope this information helps
