What Does This Lower Abdomen USG Report Indicate?

my age :22/ weight:65, i have the problem of period! due to that i vistied the doctor who aske me do USG of Lower abdomen.... after doing that, i have recieved a repot " both ovaries are normal in size but Few four size tiny cystic lesions seen in the periphery of both ovaries
Left ovary is adherent with the fundus of uterus. No fluid is seen in the pouch of dauglas" what does it mean?
and what is the treatment for it ?

Hi,
It seems that you may have polycystic ovary syndrome. You will need hormonal mediation to regularise your periods.
