hi my name is gautam this is my report as follows i dont understand the things reaction : alkaline viscocity :viscus liquification ; 2hrs volume :3.1ml motility 30mts - 10% 60mts- 18% 2hrs _ 27% 3hrs - 20% morphology normal _ 67% pin head - 10% tapering formation - 8% construted head _ 2% amorphous formation -3% giant head - 9% double tail - 1% double head - nil motile spermatozoa - 27% sluggish spermatoza - 5% dead spermatoza = 68% spermatozoa count - 11.5million

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of semen analysis report is as follows:
The physical characteristics- pH, viscosity and liquefaction time are within normal limits.
The sperm count of 11.5 million per ejaculate is low. The minimum sperm count per ejaculate should be atleast 40 million.
27% sperms have active, forward and progressive motion. Atleast 40% sperms should have active motion.
67% sperms have normal morphology which is normal. Atleast 50% sperms should have normal morphology.
