Cardiologist 's  Response
Dear Sir
Thanks for writing to us.
Exercise ECG is best interpreted by one who actually looks at the graph and is present at time of test.
This report says that the person has significant ST changes i.e. 1 mm with good exercise capacity. If patient remained asymptomatic during the test and ST response was up-slopping, no further evaluation is recommended in most cases after correlating with clinical scenario. However, if ST response was down-slopping or horizontal or patient had symptoms during stress, further evaluation is recommended.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
