Hi, I am 42-year-old male who had undergone TMT test and the report is as follows:"Bruce protocol, Good effort tolerance, Achieved 94% of THR at 7 Mets of workload, Normotensive response, No arrythmias/angina, significant ST depression in lateral leads, Test is considered positive for exercise inducible ischemia." Dear Sir,

Test result is positive, which indicates that most probably (about 80% confidence), you have coronary heart disease, blockages in heart arteries.
In this case you should take some medications, follow healthy lifestyle, and usually such patients undergo coronary angiography, to be sure a 100%, and in case there are significant blockages, they are opened with stents.

Hope I could help you

Wishing you good health
